Shari Florio is a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr RYT. She has been teaching yoga since 2015. Shari started practicing yoga in 2004 as a way to cross-train her normal exercise routine and to help balance with her passion for running. With a background in dance, she quickly fell in love with the practice and the benefits it brings. She aims to share her love of yoga with her students and help them connect with their breath and the natural flow and rhythm of their bodies. Shari also has her certification in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra
Sarah Tuhy, is a certified Kids Yoga instructor and RYT200. She has been weaving Yoga into her life since she was a teenager, practicing in the UK and Thailand. She has extensive experience working with families as a nanny, a preschool teacher, a children’s theater teacher and also, as a mom. Sarah is passionate about helping mothers through the pre and postnatal period and believes that modern motherhood poses a unique set of challenges that can be gracefully aided by an education in the mind/body connection and a strong community.

Ashley has two decades of experience as a professional massage therapist and mystic. Apart from being an E-RYT 500 with thousands of hours of yoga teaching experience, her approach to asana is therapeutically based and grounded in “down to Earth” spirituality. Chelsea is a research scientist who has merged her knowledge of human physiology with fitness. Her graduate degree in medical science gives her a unique perspective on exercise and kinesthesiolopgy. Chelsea was recruited to become a certified barre instructor after falling in love with the bounce barre classes here at Kinetic Soul. Chelsea uses barre and yoga to supplement her daily weight-lifting routine. When she’s not teaching or working her day job in biochemistry and patent development, she’s probably at the gym, hiking, or snuggled up with her cats binge watching the latest true-crime show.
Pam is an E-RYT 500 and began taking yoga classes at a gym 15 years ago with the intention of getting a good workout. What began as an exercise routine has become much more. Pam credits yoga for making her a better person: more patient, compassionate and less judgmental. Pam loves to laugh and brings this element of lightheartedness (okay, sometimes straight up corny-ness) to each class. Her classes incorporate alignment, flow, humor and a bit of yoga philosophy. To compliment her love of yoga, Pam is a holistic health coach who teaches nutrition/wellness related workshops to corporations. When she is not teaching yoga or nutrition classes, she is probably loving on a dog or cat.
Tiffany has two masters degrees!

Carmen is a certified 200hr RYT and a certified kids yoga teacher. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Healthcare with a minor in ABA. Carmen discovered yoga in college when she struggled with depression. Yoga helped her practice self-acceptance and find inner peace in times of chaos. Carmen’s mission is to empower her students to tap into their unlimited potential by weaving chakra meditations, mantras, and breathwork into her classes.
When she’s not teaching or working as a health coach, she is cooking vegan meals at home or somewhere in nature with her step kids teaching them about compassion and mindfulness. She believes if we start teaching our kids yoga at a young age we can help raise the next generation of compassionate leaders.
From a young age, Christi has been drawn to deepening her spiritual way of living as well as the mind body connection. She loved yoga right from the start and has been practicing ever since. During the day, Christi is an energetic fourth grade teacher and also teaches kids yoga, family yoga, and has led camps at our studio
