Our kids classes are run through ABASI Dance Lab and include classes in yoga, cardio (bounce), dance (ballet, tap, jazz, acro, contemporary, etc.) and theater. Our kids classes run for as young as 6 weeks of age (mom and me classes) all the way up to teen and adult classes.
