Kinetic Soul is a safe and supportive environment to begin or deepen your movement journey through private 1:1 sessions. Our approach focuses on creating a space where clients feel empowered to stay present, working on their individual goals while receiving personalized support from our skilled instructors.
As a new client, we invite you to start with one of our introductory sessions. During this initial session, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment that goes beyond physical mobility. In addition to evaluating your physical range of motion, strength, and flexibility, we’ll also explore holistic wellness aspects such as self-care routines, psychological flexibility, and personal wellness goals.
This thorough assessment allows us to set meaningful goals together and craft a personalized wellness plan tailored to your unique needs, guiding you through future sessions in yoga, barre, mobility, sound healing, or any other practice that aligns with your journey.
You’ll also begin building a relationship with our highly trained instructors, each of whom brings extensive credentials and experience to support you every step of the way.
Our instructors personalize each 1:1 session to suit your specific needs, providing modifications for support or challenges to enhance your progress. Whether you’re brand new to movement practices or have years of experience, we’re here to ensure you feel respected, empowered, and encouraged in a judgment-free environment. Wear something comfortable that allows for easy movement and sweating! In many of our 1:1 sessions, you’ll be folding forward or stretching, so we recommend an athletic top or sports bra if you’re wearing a t-shirt. Most sessions will be done barefoot, especially for practices like yoga. If you have specific questions about attire for your sessions, feel free to email or call us for guidance.
We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat for your 1:1 sessions, though we do offer mats to borrow if needed. We also provide a variety of in-house props—such as yoga blocks, straps, weights, resistance bands, balls, and stretching bands—all of which are immediately sanitized after each use. For your convenience, our studio boutique offers a range of props for purchase, including a wide selection of yoga mats to match your personal style.
Due to the individualized nature of our sessions and our commitment to a seamless schedule, we start each session promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled, but please note that sessions will begin right on time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions for late arrivals, as we want to respect the schedules of all our clients and instructors. Arriving on time ensures you get the full, focused experience we’re dedicated to providing.
Yes, we offer prenatal yoga, and we’ve been providing these specialized sessions since our studio’s inception. Our 1:1 prenatal yoga sessions are particularly beneficial, as they provide a safer, more personalized experience than a group setting. With the focused guidance of certified pre- and postnatal instructors—you’ll receive support tailored to your unique needs, allowing for better bonding, targeted relief, and enhanced comfort. However- our sessions can be shared with up to 5 individuals if you have a group you’d like to get started with on weekly sessions.

We have plenty of parking conveniently located in the plaza. If the spots in front and behind the building are ever full, there is an overflow on the sides and behind the building.
