Dr. Mallory Quinn
Dr. Mallory Quinn holds a doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience. Her expertise lies in using the science of ABA to deliver highly personalized 1:1 coaching sessions for athletes and dancers, focusing on skill refinement, mental resilience, and overall wellness. Through her company, ABA Sports Innovations (www.abasportsinnovations.com), Dr. Quinn has pioneered The POINTE Program™—a trademarked method that enhances athlete performance using ABA principles. She also trains and certifies sports coaches and behavior analysts to utilize this innovative approach.
As the owner of ABASI Dance Lab (est. 2016), Dr. Quinn provides tailored private lessons for competitive dancers to improve technique and offers dance instruction integrated with ABA therapy for dancers with special needs. ABASI Dance Lab, the first branch of ABA Sports Innovations, is unique in the U.S. for providing this level of personalized, evidence-based support.
Dr. Quinn has been the owner of Kinetic Soul Studio since 2018, where she brings her passion for wellness and individualized care to every 1:1 session. Each private session at Kinetic Soul Studio is tailored to the client’s specific needs, whether the goal is physical fitness, mental wellness, or athletic performance. With certifications in NASM Personal Training, American Barre Technique, and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, Dr. Quinn ensures a holistic and safe approach to wellness. She has been a certified barre instructor for Pure Barre for over a decade and has taught over 1000 barre classes as well as a yoga instructor since 2018. Her extensive training allows her to provide adjustments, progressions, and expert guidance to help clients reach their unique wellness goals.
Dr. Quinn’s personal journey through somatic health challenges, including anxiety and an autoimmune disease, fuels her empathy and commitment to her clients’ wellness journeys. She understands the complex interplay between physical health and mental resilience and uses this insight to create a supportive, compassionate environment for every client. Dr. Quinn is especially dedicated to supporting women’s personal, professional, and fitness journeys, creating a space that celebrates each individual’s strengths and stories.
In her free time, Dr. Quinn enjoys spending time with family, friends, and going on hikes with her dog Gwendolyn. She loves enjoying Florida nature and wildlife and also works part time as a manatee swim guide in Crystal River.
